Your documents are yours. We only use them to help you.
Short and plain: what we keep, why, and who can see it.
What we collect
- Your phone number, so you can sign in and we can reach you.
- What you tell the guide about the problem, in text or voice.
- The documents you upload: reports, prescriptions, CNIC and bills.
- The family members you add, and their cases.
Why we use it
- To point you to the right department and hospital.
- So a case worker can follow up and apply to a hospital with you.
- To remind you about visits and missing documents.
Who sees it
- You, and the people you share a case with.
- Your case worker at Curent.
- A hospital, only for a case you choose, and only after you tap Allow.
What we never do
- Sell your data, or share it for advertising.
- Ask you for money, passwords or bank details.
- Share a document without your permission.
Your choices
- Download everything we hold about you, from Settings.
- Delete a document, a case or your whole account at any time.
- Choose SMS or WhatsApp for updates, or switch reminders off.
